About the Owner

Bernie Roseke, P.Eng., PMP, of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada has been designing culverts for over 10 years for a large multinational engineering firm. His clients have included Cities, Counties, all levels of Government, oil and resource companies. He has designed, reviewed, and supervised culvert installations ranging from corrugated steel pipe, structural plate pipe, concrete pipe, concrete boxes, steel arch bridges, and others. Bernie is an expert in the field and has created this site to provide resources to other culvert designers.
